Revolutionary Court Denies, Jabbar Yabbari, an  Ahwazi Activists Access to a Lawyer

Informed sources told EAHRO that revolutionary court in Ahwaz has denied family-appointed lawyer access to 46-year-old and father of six Jabbar Yabbar. Additionally, he has been denied needed         medical attention and contact with his family since his abduction on 22 March 2012. 

There are fears that he might have been tortured or ill-treated.He was imprisoned in 1980's and April 2005 for Arab rights activities.
